Stay & Play Package Policies
Your package includes accommodation and the golf rounds shown in your selection summary. Extras such as additional rounds, buggy, club hire, shuttle or room upgrades are charged separately unless marked as Included.
Cancellation & Date Change Policy
Up to 45 days before arrival: 100% refund.
44-30 days before arrival: date change only, free of charge and subject to availability. If the revised dates fall into a different season, any applicable rate difference will be payable by the guest.
29-10 days before arrival: 50% refund.
9 days or fewer before arrival: no refund.
Payment
For bookings made 60 days or more before arrival, you may secure your reservation with a deposit of EUR 200 per person, including non-golfers. This deposit will be deducted from the total package price. Before the balance due date, the deposit is fully refundable, or the booking may be moved to new dates without penalty, subject to availability. If the revised dates fall into a different season, any applicable rate difference will be payable by the guest. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. After full payment has been made, the cancellation and date change policy above applies.
Free name changes are available up to 10 days before arrival.
Tee times and golf courses may change due to operations, weather, tournaments or maintenance. If needed, we will offer the closest suitable alternative.
Golf rounds are arranged in 4-balls. During busy periods, players may be paired with other golfers.
