How to Plan a Belek Stay & Play Holiday: A Walkthrough of Our Golf Packages Page

Hotel, rounds, transfers and extras — a complete trip in one cost, one payment, one voucher pack. Here is exactly how the Stay & Play page works, and the small decisions that shape the final price.

Belek's two booking modes do different jobs. The OGF (Tee Times) page is for golfers who already have somewhere to stay and just need to lock in green fees — we walked through that one here. This article is about the other half of the site: the Stay & Play (GP) page, where rooms, rounds, transfers and extras come together as a single package with one trip total.

If you are flying in from outside Turkey for a golf-focused trip of two or more nights, this is almost always the right starting point. The discounts get better when rooms and rounds are bundled, and you only pay once.

Stay & Play vs. Tee Time only — which one to use

Stay & Play (GP) — this page

  • Hotel + rounds + transfers in one cost
  • 2 nights minimum, no upper limit
  • Built-in group discount on rounds
  • Single payment, single voucher pack
  • Best for trips of 3+ nights with 3+ rounds

Tee Times only (OGF)

  • Just the green fee (and optional extras)
  • One round at a time
  • You arrange the hotel separately
  • Instant confirmation
  • Best for locals or hotel-already-booked travellers

Step 1 — Open the Stay & Play page

1

Go to golfbelek.com/gp/en/

Or click the "Packages" link in the top navigation. The first thing you will see at the top of the page is a four-field selector: check-in date, check-out date, number of golfers, number of non-golfer guests. Fill these in first — everything below the fold filters by what you set here.

Step 2 — Pick a hotel

2

Browse hotel cards filtered by your dates

Each hotel card shows you, at a glance:

  • Hotel name and 1 hero image
  • "From €X per golfer" — the cheapest valid price for your selected dates and party size, including all rounds in the default package
  • On-site courses — small logos for each golf course owned by or on the hotel property (e.g. Sueno = Dunes & Pines; Gloria = Old, New, Verde)
  • Star rating and headline inclusions — all-inclusive, breakfast, half-board
  • Distance to AYT airport — useful for late arrivals or early departures

Hotels split into two clear types:

Multi-course resorts

Sueno Hotels Deluxe, Gloria Golf Resort, Cornelia, Kaya Palazzo, Regnum Carya, Maxx Royal. The hotel owns the golf course(s). You walk or take a 5-minute golf-cart ride from your room to the first tee. Best for golfers who want zero logistics.

Standalone golf hotels

Titanic Deluxe Belek, Susesi Luxury Resort, Granada Luxury Belek. No on-site course, but central location and shuttle access to all 15 Belek courses. Often better value, with the same quality of accommodation.

Step 3 — Build your course list

3

Featured courses + More courses chip panel

Once you pick a hotel, the page expands to show the course-selection module — this is where most of the trip's character gets decided.

You will see two layers of courses:

  • Featured grid (top, 2×3): The six courses we most often recommend with this hotel. These are the editorial picks for the trip — usually a mix of one flagship, two championship-tier, and three solid mid-tier. Each card shows the per-round add-on price for your dates.
  • "More courses" chip panel (below): All other Belek courses that take Stay & Play package golfers. Tap any chip to swap it into your package or add it as an extra round.

The default round count is nights minus one (so a 5-night trip starts with 4 rounds), but you can edit this. The two limit lines that matter:

  • Soft limit: nights minus 1 — the recommended round count, leaves rest mornings.
  • Hard limit: nights times 2 — the maximum (for groups doing 36-hole days).

The round counter on the right of the screen colour-codes as you go: blue at the soft limit, green just over, amber approaching hard limit, red at the cap.

Step 4 — Configure extras: buggies, transfers, club rental

4

Set the trip extras once, applied across all rounds

Below the course list, the extras section handles everything that applies across the whole trip rather than to a single round:

  • Buggy quota. Default is one cart per pair of golfers (so a 4-ball gets two carts per round). The system automatically caps at ceil(golfers ÷ 2) — you cannot accidentally book three carts for two players.
  • Airport transfer. AYT to your hotel and back. Pick the vehicle size matched to your party (sedan for 1–3, minibus for 4–8, larger options up to 24).
  • Club rental. Full set per golfer, applied to all rounds in the package. Cheaper as a trip-wide booking than per-round.
  • Spa, dining or non-golf extras. Hotel-specific add-ons appear here when available — spa packages, candlelight dinners, kids' club passes for non-golfer guests.
Extra rounds vs. base rounds: Some hotel packages include a "base" number of rounds bundled into the room price (typical at Sueno and Gloria, where the hotel owns the courses). Beyond the base, additional rounds are priced individually. The course module shows which rounds are bundled and which are extras — both add to the total, but extras carry a different price.

Step 5 — Confirm the trip total

5

Review the breakdown, then pay

The summary panel (sticky on desktop, bottom-pinned on mobile) breaks the total into four lines:

  • Hotel + rooms — the accommodation cost for your dates, including any meal plan
  • Golf rounds — sum of all selected rounds for all golfers, with the group discount already applied if applicable
  • Transfers and extras — airport transfer, buggies, club rental, beverage cart passes
  • Trip total — one number, in euros

Tap Continue and you move to the lead-guest details page: name, email, room pairings, dietary requirements, group leader contact, and any flight number for the airport transfer. Payment runs through Stripe.

Once paid, you receive a single voucher pack containing:

  • Hotel reservation reference and check-in instructions
  • Each tee time with course, date, time, and reservation number
  • Airport transfer details with driver contact and vehicle type
  • Hotel and course addresses, both with Google Maps links
  • Cancellation terms for each component

How the prices work behind the scenes

A Stay & Play total is built from three live data streams: the hotel's room rate for your dates, our contracted green fees with each course you selected, and our transfer partner's vehicle pricing. We do not mark prices up; the commission model works the same way it does on tee-time-only bookings.

Two things make the package cheaper than the same components booked separately:

Group bookings on the Stay & Play page

For groups up to 16, the same flow handles everything. Set the golfer count to your group size at the top, and the rest of the page filters accordingly: hotels that can accommodate the group, courses with consecutive tee-time blocks for that size, transfer vehicles sized to fit. For groups of 16 or more, see our dedicated group booking guide — we coordinate split tee-time blocks manually for larger parties.

Common questions

Can I include non-golfer guests?

Yes. Set the non-golfer count separately at the top of the page. They are added to the hotel cost but not to the rounds. Most Belek hotels have strong non-golf programmes — spa, beach, kids' clubs — which appear in the extras section once your hotel is selected.

What if I want different golfers playing different rounds?

The course module lets you set the number of golfers per round. So if your 4-ball wants to play four together but two of you also want a fifth round on a Twilight slot, set 4 on the main rounds and 2 on the Twilight round.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak shoulder months (April–May, September–October) book 6–10 weeks ahead. For summer or winter, 3–4 weeks is usually sufficient. Within 14 days of arrival, hotel availability tightens faster than course availability — you may have to flex on hotel choice.

Can I change the trip after booking?

Yes, with caveats. Course swaps and date adjustments inside 14 days carry course-specific fees (most Belek courses charge nothing for changes more than 72 hours out). Hotel changes inside 7 days of arrival usually cannot be refunded but can sometimes be re-routed to a partner hotel of equivalent value.

What if I need to request a tee time the system does not show?

Add the course to your package using the chip panel. If the system cannot publish a confirmed slot, the round goes through as a request and we confirm with the course inside 4 working hours. The package total holds until we confirm; if the request cannot be filled, we propose alternatives at the same price tier.

Can I split the payment with my group?

The booking is paid by one lead golfer, but we can issue per-golfer cost breakdowns on request — useful if your group is splitting the cost on a separate platform.

Bottom line

The Stay & Play page is built around one idea: a Belek golf trip should be one decision, not seven. Pick a hotel, set your nights and golfers, build the round list with our editorial picks plus anything else you want, lock the extras, pay once. The rest of the trip is logistics we handle, not work you do.

If you are putting a 2026 trip together, open the page with rough dates and a rough headcount. The total updates live, so you can see what each decision — another night, an extra round, a different hotel — actually costs before you commit.
