29–10 days before play: 50% refund.
9 days or fewer before play: No refund.
Medical exceptions: With a valid doctor’s note and the golf course’s approval, a 100% refund may be issued.
Free, unlimited name changes up to 10 days before the tee time.
Course changes: Golf courses may change or cancel tee times when necessary. If this happens, we’ll try to arrange a suitable alternative. Any increase over your original price will be payable by you.
Maintenance & schedules: Overseeding, maintenance, and operating hours can change without notice and may affect your tee time/date. These changes don’t qualify a booked holiday for cancellation.
Ongoing works: Routine maintenance of fairways, greens, and tees is continuous; we’re not liable for its impact on play.
Pairing & group sizes: Tee times are booked as 4-balls. Examples: 6 golfers = 4-ball + 2-ball; 9 golfers = two 4-balls + 1-ball. In busy periods, courses may pair you with other golfers.
